1. Permitted Internal Use

Purchased database access grants a single non-exclusive, non-transferable license to your organization for internal sales outreach, B2B marketing, and partnership building. You may import datasets into your internal CRM, cold outreach software, or spreadsheet tools.

2. Strict Anti-Resale & Anti-Redistribution

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Publicly hosting, uploading, or distributing database CSV or Excel files on any file-sharing website, forum, or public repository.
• Reselling, sub-licensing, renting, or leasing the dataset or any portion thereof to third parties.
• Using automated bots or scrapers to extract or re-package SaaSifactory's curated directories for competing commercial services.

3. Automated DNS Validation & Guarantee

Every lead in our master database undergoes live DNS MX record verification prior to export to ensure mail server acceptance. While we guarantee under 1% hard bounce rates, mail server configurations and inbox statuses change dynamically; SaaSifactory is not responsible for external email provider filtering or individual campaign deliverability outcomes.
