Welcome to SaaSifactory (saasifactory.com). By accessing or purchasing digital dataset products from Posredništvo pri prodaji, Alen Kandus s.p. ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Digital Products & Delivery

All SaaSifactory database files (.xlsx workbooks and raw .csv exports) are delivered digitally post-checkout via automated instant download links. Sales of digital datasets are final once delivered.

2. License Grant & Intellectual Property

Purchase of a database package grants your organization a single non-exclusive, internal business license. All database curation rights remain the property of Posredništvo pri prodaji, Alen Kandus s.p. under European Sui Generis Database Rights.

3. Limitation of Liability

SaaSifactory provides datasets on an "as-is" basis verified via automated DNS MX record handshakes. In no event shall Posredništvo pri prodaji, Alen Kandus s.p. be liable for indirect damages or campaign performance metrics resulting from third-party email provider filters.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia and the European Union.
